Barnet Bain, to Appear as Guest on the VoiceAmerica Talk Radio Network

Barnet Bain, will join host Cheryl Esposito for a special episode of Leading Conversations, on Friday March 29th from 10:00-11:00 AM (PT)/1:00-2:00 PM (ET) on VoiceAmerica's Business Channel (http://www.voiceamerica.com/Show/734)

Upcoming productions include Richard Bach's Illusions, and Milton's Secret by Eckhart Tolle & Robert Friedman.

Barnet is fiercely passionate about transformation of the self to remember our wholeness. Many of his movies reflect this. He calls our growing up journey “the big hunt.” Often called the hero’s journey, we navigate the three stories of life: getting enough love, being good enough for love, and finally achieving “I am good.” Once we successfully overcome these challenges, the post-heroic journey begins. And this journey has the makings of an epic story.

Join Cheryl Esposito and Barnet Bain to explore the real growing up: the post-heroic journey!

Are you prepared to survive an active shooter incident? Mike Schlosser, PhD and Director of the Police Training Institute at the University of Illinois, will join host Pamela Hill to break down the Department of Homeland Security’s active shooter protocols in easy to understand and highly adaptable segments to help take the unknown out of this type of emergency. Fear is negotiable, but only through planning and training.
VoiceAmerica Talk Radio Business is launching a new show called Fear is Negotiable: Business Survival Skills 101 at voiceamericabusiness.com every Thursday from 11am-12pm PT. This show will give businesses and their employees the skills to lessen fear, get their heads back in the game and get ready to survive any event, be it workplace violence, hurricanes or cyber-attacks. Join us on March 19th at 11:00am PDT and 2:00pm EDT.

The first guest for the show will be Mike Schlosser, Ph.D, Director of the Police Training Institute at the University of Illinois. Mike is a 30 year law enforcement veteran and developer of revolutionary scenario-based training for incident response. We will be talking about workplace violence and the active shooter incident.

This first episode will break down the new DHS protocols into steps you can follow during a threatening or active shooter event. The average response time by law enforcement is 3- 5 minutes. That means the majority of active shooter incidents are initially handled by regular people. It’s time to get prepared. No politics. Just the skills you need to survive.
